Owns lightweight reusable editor UI utility helpers used throughout Snap Studio Pro panels.

This territory contains focused helper utilities for small editor interaction tasks, lightweight draw helpers, and reusable IMGUI convenience functionality.

This folder should remain: - small - reusable - low-risk - non-orchestration focused

If a utility grows into a meaningful workflow territory, it likely deserves promotion into its own dedicated panel or feature territory.

Keep utilities lightweight and reusable.
Avoid turning Utilities into a dumping ground.
Promote larger workflow helpers into dedicated territories when appropriate.
