This territory provides focused helper logic for determining whether style effects should apply during capture without owning style processing or workflow orchestration.

Utilities should remain narrow and decision-focused.
If helper logic starts modifying textures, it belongs in Processing. If helper logic starts coordinating workflows, it belongs in Capture or Export.
