Purpose¶
Owns small capture-related helper calculations used by capture and export workflows.
This territory contains reusable helper logic that supports capture sizing and capture preparation without owning capture execution or export orchestration.

Notes¶
Utilities should remain small, stateless, and capture-specific.
This folder should not become a dumping ground for unrelated export helpers.
If a helper starts coordinating workflow steps, it probably belongs in a service or workflow territory instead.
Future Candidates¶
- Keep helpers narrow and capture-specific.
- Avoid expanding Utilities into hidden workflow ownership.
- Move logic only when a real ownership boundary becomes obvious.
