❤️ Health — Sample Scenes

These scenes demonstrate the Health System in isolation and in combination with rules, shields, DOT/HOT, combat state, and handlers.

They are designed to be:

  • Runnable → press play and test immediately
  • Inspectable → everything is visible and debuggable
  • Copyable → take what you need, ignore the rest

🧠 What These Scenes Are

These scenes are:

  • Practical demonstrations of the public API in action
  • Backed by DebugUI + Teachable Panels
  • Built to show real behaviour, not fake examples

❌ What These Scenes Are NOT

These scenes are:

  • ❌ Not production-ready gameplay
  • ❌ Not a “complete game system”
  • ❌ Not prescriptive architecture

They show how things work, not how you must build your game.

02 • Crit / Execute / Attacker Buffs Advanced rule interactions and scaling

04 • Regen / IFrames / CombatState Regen loops, invincibility, combat tracking
05 • DOT & HOT Stacks Time-based effects and stacking behaviour
06 • Teams & Friendly Fire Team rules, scaling, and damage gating
07 • Death FX Handlers Death/revive effects, handlers, and feedback

🕹️ How to Use These Scenes

  1. Open any scene
  2. Press Play
  3. Use:

  4. DebugUI (F9)

  5. Teachable Panels (if present)
  6. Apply damage, tweak values, observe behaviour

That’s it. No setup required.

💡 Design Principle

These scenes show behaviour — not architecture.

Every system is:

  • decoupled
  • optional
  • replaceable

You can:

  • use everything
  • use parts
  • or throw it all away and build your own layer

The Health system will still work.

🧩 Demo Notes

  • Some panels may auto-add components (rules, handlers, etc.)

  • This keeps scenes self-contained

  • In production, you wire this explicitly

  • Scenes are intentionally minimal

  • No heavy UI

  • No gameplay framework
  • No hidden logic

✅ Key Takeaway

These scenes are your sandbox.

Learn from them. Break them. Copy what works. Ignore what doesn’t.

The system doesn’t care.
